Hole By Hole

  • Hole #1

    Hole #1

    Hole 1 par 5

    462
    440
    400

The opening hole tests your ability to hit it straight off of the first tee with OB down both sides of the fairway off the tee. If you hit it down the right hand side you should be able to get home in two.

  • Hole #2

    Hole #2

    Hole 2 par 4

    332
    316
    290

The second hole tests your mental game. Decide how you’re going to play this before teeing off on one. A long iron lay-up leaves you with a level lie and a wedge. If you go for broke, stay to the right.

  • Hole #3

    Hole #3

    Hole 3 par 4

    399
    381
    280

Take your three wood and put a little draw on it to finish just short of the creek leaving a short to middle iron up the hill to this deep green. Take two extra clubs on your approach, but keep the ball below the pin.

  • Hole #4

    Hole #4

    Hole 4 par 3

    165
    135
    125

Take care choosing your club on this downhill par three and you could be left with a flat birdie putt. Better to be well short that just long with long grass and creek lurking in the distance.

  • Hole #5

    Hole #5

    Hole 5 par 4

    379
    368
    355

Start by splitting the fairway with s long iron or a gentle wood. Take two more clubs and swing easy. Be prepared for a difficult slider no matter where your ball finishes.

  • Hole #6

    Hole #6

    Hole 6 par 4

    346
    329
    320

Clearing the creek with a well struck three wood should leave you with a wedge to this very deep green. Shots that end up too close to the tree will require a very well executed low punch.

  • Hole #7

    Hole #7

    Hole 7 par 5

    505
    475
    400

This hole affords a great opportunity for you to grip it and rip it or play it safe and hit 2 smooth shots to set up a third with your best scoring club. You do not have to shade the left side as much as it appears off the tree. The green slopes severely from back to front so reaching the green in two doesn’t mean an easy birdie.

  • Hole #8

    Hole #8

    Hole 8 par 3

    150
    133
    110

This short par three is one of the best holes on the course. Most tee shots come up short right and leave a difficult up and down. If you pick the right club for the distance you should be able to block out the pond back left and go for the pin.

  • Hole #9

    Hole #9

    Hole 9 par 4

    366
    348
    335

Hug the left hand side of the fairway with your three wood and you set up a fairly straight forward approach with a short iron. If the pin is up front, aim for the front edge of the green. If the pin is back, make sure your approach reaches the ridge running through the middle of the green.

  • Hole #10

    Hole #10

    Hole 10 par 4

    429
    400
    381

The tenth hole is a difficult driving hole with OB right. If you try to take the driver over the tree left of the fairway, you better hit a slight fade or you will have to hit your approach from the rough. This angle also requires you to hit a draw around the tree guarding the left hand side of the green.

  • Hole #11

    Hole #11

    Hole 11 par 3

    168
    122
    105

Take an extra club for this uphill par three to clear the bunkers short of the green, but don’t take two extra clubs because OB is lurking just behind the green. If you can hit this small green you will have a relatively flat putt for birdie.

  • Hole #12

    Hole #12

    Hole 12 par 4

    352
    332
    325

Play it safe off the tee. If you hit the tee ball too far you could end up behind the trees left of the fairway. The small green has two tiers and a bunker lurks on the right hand side forcing many to miss the left hand side which rolls away.

  • Hole #13

    Hole #13

    Hole 13 par 4

    399
    379
    220

A big drive sets up a shorter uphill approach. The gamble is worth it, but make sure you stay away from the right hand side, which falls away towards the lake.

  • Hole #14

    Hole #14

    Hole 14 par 4

    355
    344
    195

Laying up off the tee with an iron will leave a middle to short iron approach off of a difficult side hill lie with the ball above your feet. The green slopes severely from back to front making for some interesting short putts.

  • Hole #15

    Hole #15

    Hole 15 par 4

    342
    327
    275

Tee off looking down into the valley. Swing smooth and let the elevation change give you the extra distance you’re looking for. A short iron approach is much easier from the short grass of the fairway that the side hill lie of either bank.

  • Hole #16

    Hole #16

    Hole 16 par 4

    345
    329
    205

Keep your tee shot in the short grass. Approach shots that come up short roll back down the hill leaving a difficult up and down.

  • Hole #17

    Hole #17

    Hole 17 par 4

    199
    172
    155

The signature hole features a breathtaking view and a long iron approach. The tendency here is to end up short right, where the slope magnifies your mistake.

  • Hole #18

    Hole #18

    Hole 18 par 4

    417
    380
    250

You need to hit your best drive of the day here keeping the ball just left of center. This is a ladies par five and is certainly a difficult test for short hitters.
