DUE PAYMENT CYCLE:
ANNUAL: All dues and chosen amenities payable within 45 days of the first billing quarter. Check, Cach, or Credit Card accepted.
QUARTERLY: All dues and chosen amenities payable within 45 days of the first billing quarter. ACH or Credit Card must be on file and billed automatically.
MONTHLY: Total membership amount, divided into 12 equal payments over the course of the year. Payable within 10 days of the first day of the billing month. ACH or Credit Card must be on file and billed automatically.
**Shareholders will receive a $50 credit off of their first bill of the year**
Late Fees
45 Days – Loss Of Membership Privileges
60 Days – $35.00 Late Fee
90 Days – Additional $35.00 Late Fee (Total = $70.00)
120 Days – Additional $35.00 Late Fee (Total = $105.00)
